Pros
DoiT is not a “comfortable” company, and that is intentional. We operate at a "startup" pace, with a strong bias toward execution, ownership, and learning. If you are looking for predictability, slow change, or minimal expectations, this is not the right place. If you want to work with strong engineers or exceptional sellers, build real products used by serious customers, and be held accountable for impact, it probably is. We have a clear performance culture. Goals are explicit. Feedback is direct. Performance reviews are real, not ceremonial. You’ll find many exceptional Software Engineers, Forward-Deployed Engineers, and sellers here. Contribution is not limited by title; if you have a good idea and can execute on it, you will be heard. Many features and improvements come directly from people in hands-on roles.
Cons
Ownership is a core expectation. People are trusted to run projects end to end, make decisions, and learn from mistakes. That freedom comes with responsibility. We expect every Doer to understand the business context of their work, not just ship tickets. This is a demanding environment, but it is also a place where strong people grow quickly. If you are motivated, curious, and comfortable being measured on outcomes, you will likely do some of the best work of your career here.
