Hello and thank you for taking the time to write a review. It is pretty awesome that we promote over 20% of our hourly workforce to management each and every year! Regarding not having enough managers, it is hard for me to speak to this without knowing specifically what area/brand you are referring to. I can tell you that we based this on the business. In fact we have several restaurants that have 6-8 managers per location. Thank you as well for the advice feedback, we conduct round tables, engagement surveys, training evaluations to name a few to gather feedback from our teams and then we collaborate on best solutions.
