Disorganized and tense - Anonymous employee Dogs Naturally Magazine Employee Review

Leaving this review so I can create an account here so I'll be brief. I liked the team and founder I just couldn't operate the way they operated.

Management was very micro-managey and everything had to be approved or reviewed on a meeting which of course wasn't scalable. Project management tools, workflows and communication was very inefficient.

- remote for some - work/life balance is pretty good

- you won't get credit for your hard work - you'll get berated for any small mistake you make - management is gutless and knows they must walk the tight rope in order to not upset the owner
