Biggest pro: the team! Everyone is obviously a dog lover, but apart from that they are all great human beings, passionate about what they are doing, and great team mates. Everyone gives an added value to the company and is eager to participate in any project to make the DogBuddy experience for dog owners the best experience possible. Management genuinely cares about the the employees. They offer flexibility, good perks, and a challenging environment. The company is growing at a pace that creates opportunities for everyone.

We work in three different offices so we don't get to see all the team together very often.

Great place to work surrounded by passionate people (and dogs too!). There's a lot of opportunities to grow and learn and responsibility is given to you early on. Ability to forge your own path and take calculated risks, it's the kind of environment where you can really see the impact of your hard work pay off. Good work-life balance, convenient location and amazing colleagues!

Three different offices across Europe means I don't get to see my colleagues abroad enough :) although, our weekly video meetings and slack allows us to communicate easily and work closely despite the distance.
