- There is a lack of curiosity, accountability and leadership within DocuSign starting with Dan Springer and Joan Burke. The issues I raised are deep rooted within the company's culture and ultimately a reflection on Dan Springer.
- Overall there is a blame culture, lack of 'can do' attitude and willingness to help from certain internal teams, lack of customer focus, lack of vision, 'us' vs 'them' mentality across teams, lack of clarity around objectives linking back to corporate goals, internal politics and toxic culture of arrogance.
- Unhealthy, toxic management culture I saw applied to former colleagues and experienced first-hand.
- DocuSign says they're looking for people to challenge the status quo, move with urgency, eliminate bureaucracy but unfortunately there is no support for those who do and even worse you may experience retaliation, threatened exit and ultimately be forced to resign.
- Culture of loyalty, don't rock the boat with the existing leadership in place
