Pros

-State of the art office -Very generous towards community (but not employees) -HR and Warehouse employees are nice

I'm not sure where to start here... I got fired for working hard , and not hitting my quota for 1 month. I've worked harder than a lot of people and some even did worse than I did. Its all about favorites. Upper management is very petty, if they like you, you can get away with anything! Angry outbursts are very common by CEO, Managers, Team Leads, Directors... Its crazy. If you're in high school this is the perfect work environment! They will teach you to look thoroughly before you accept a job. Everyone your around is just there because they HAVE to be there. There is no one really trying to build a career, its not a place for that. The owner cares more about building his Bar than employees. Yes Liqour bar. They even paid one of the marketing guys to build the bar for them. The guy was in desperate need for money so they took advantage of him. Its very petty and it gives you an idea about their character. I did learn a lot here....Now I know how to handle a bad work environment. Hopefully my next company will be professional.

great relationship with coworkers really feels like a family, big enough we can provide great service to our customers and small enough we handle each customer as important

Cons

The company culture is toxic, demoralizing, and built on fear rather than respect. Employees are expected to give everything, yet are made to feel undervalued, disposable, and constantly criticized. From my perspective, leadership showed very little appreciation for the people actually doing the work, and the way employees were spoken to and treated created an unhealthy, stressful environment that wore people down. Morale was low, turnover was high, and it often felt like loyalty and hard work meant nothing. I left with the impression that this is a place where employees are not genuinely respected, and where leadership needs to seriously reflect on how they treat the people who keep the business running. I would not recommend working here.
