Pros
Much needed model of care; truly providing an important service for an underserved, medically fragile and elderly population; some amazing clinicians; some very dedicated staff.
Cons
Quite easily the most toxic work environment I have or ever will work in. Don't believe the 5-star reviews, they are fabricated - I know because they asked me to write them and I flatly refused. Management (which is essentially only the two owners) is greedy, arrogant, irrational, paranoid, volatile, unpredictable and punitive. There is no collaboration, no opportunity for sharing ideas and insights and no opportunity for growth in either knowledge or salary. In fact, employees are often punished and verbally abused for communicating with each other. Direct quote from leadership "employee satisfaction is of no concern to us" This is accurate, as all staff, clinicians included, are seen as a commodity. In my short time there, I saw exceptional professionals from all disciplines - medical, human resources, marketing, community outreach, billing, and clinical support join the company and then leave almost immediately, either on their own because the treatment was so bad or forced out by leadership that seemed suddenly threatened by their presence. It's just a really weird place.
