Christmas Bonus, small work environment, company provides staff grocery, vitamins and weekly 10 minute massages for all employees.

Everything above doesn't even halfway mask how terrible the upper management is. They tell you you're doing a good job then quickly let you know you're not doing enough. Employees are micro-managed TO THE MAX! I've never had a supervisor breathing down my neck watching me type an email. There are cameras everywhere and managers will quote anything you say because they really are watching. Most employees and management will throw you under the bus at every turn. The CEO is awesome though, nice guy, cheap as all get out but built the place from the ground up. Only problem is, he's retired and handed the company's management over to someone else now so that positive thing is out the window. The worst job I have ever had. You do have to wear a lot of hats and can get great experience but it comes at a heavy price. Working here stressed me out to the point that it made my home life suffer. My family got sick of hearing about how bad it was. You won't realize how bad it truly is until you escape from that Alcatraz. It's a terrible working environment. They preach that they hire from within, not true. They change your title then don't give you a raise. All employees are severely under-paid considering the amount of knowledge and work they want everyone to do.
