Pros
Nice mid size company (approximately 30 people) with a mixture of technicians, office staff and management. Company is growing which means there’s opportunity for you to grow with it. There is a great emphasis on learning with weekly sales & tech and monthly team meetings. Management is working hard to implement SOP’s to increase productivity.
Cons
Rapid growth has caused some growing pains but management is actively working on getting the wrinkles ironed out. There can be some perceived favouritism but if you focus on doing your best you’re golden.
