Owner Has a Nepotism problem - Technician Doctor HVAC Employee Review

Owner can not take responsibility for his actions, he is very rude. he has hired his girl friends in the past which not only was extremely unprofessional it also shows a how self absorbed he is. his own family members who have been hired don't like him cause of his arrogance. every decision he makes is selfish and would normally be ill-advised especially by someone who rarely is in the office. he is a delegator not a leader he never will be . if you don't believe me look how many fake 5 star reviews he puts himself on glass door he even asked us to do so cause it hurts his ego so much.
