Pros
The infrastructure inside of the offices is great. Tech team was always doing their job right.
The pay was average, but always on time. Everything in terms of bureaucracy was clean cut. Flexible work time. Possibility to work on interesting projects and learn a lot of new technology. I worked on a lot of computing platforms - Aix,Solaris,Linux,Z/OS. Great team.
Cons
My superior always had only a few minutes time to talk to me. Sometimes I tried talking to them, but they just said "no time today, no time today". This way problems and unsolved issues got pushed further and further. Not so much time was devoted into meetings and discussions about how to move forward.
Not much talk when there are money and a lot of stress when there aren't. Not much schooling in. Your superiors expected you to ship a product in the first week of starting in the company without prior knowledge of the technology. This meant a lot of stress.
Overall I would sum it up in lack of communication skills of the management and a lack of product release and software architecture planning. And a lack of training.
