Pros

Best co-workers ever. People are committed to our vision of making great products for developers. Overall competitive rewards package (although stock program becoming less compelling). Engaged CEO.

Cons

Docker prides itself on its internal transparency but lately the communication has been sub par. We recently lost several colleagues due to terminations and while I understand it's hard to communicate these decisions, these decision have left many of us unsettled. It's also renewal season so not sure if the growth in our revenue will continue to our expectations.

Pros

Compensation and benefits are great. Most people/co-workers are really nice people. COO can be compelling and offset the CEO - but only for so long.

Cons

When absentee exec leadership does show their face, they are constantly chasing the new shiny thing. No consideration for what has been in flight, planned, or even released. Projects, products and internal org structures change daily. Resources are thin and we're told to "adopt AI in all things within 6 months." Sr mgmt trying to stay relevant by "solving" problems that don't exist and pushing agendas that don't benefit anyone aside from themselves. HR asking people to write positive reviews to offset reality um... ok??
