You're never overworked but always challenged and there's lots of room to choose how you can contribute your unique skills and experience to the team. Strong leadership who are incredible in their roles and pay attention to culture, process, and continual improvement. Vision, values, and strategy are all well-defined and nobody is in doubt about the direction or how the company is doing. Good transparency.

Consultancies come with some challenges around maintaining consistency in the project pipeline and getting the kinds of clients they really want, but DockYard has been at this for a long time and has learned to mitigate these very gracefully.
