Pros
A great place to boost general and project management capabilities. Empowers its key employees through increased of responsibility. Event though a family run-business, growth is based on meritocracy. Direction is approachable and understanding and a great place to foster close client communication abilities.
Cons
Being a relative young company, clear and concise career development paths are not entirely developed and obtaining quality training is not always seen as an investment. Work load tends to be extreme for certain departments, +60 hours weeks with irrational deadlines.
