It also gives you the opportunity to learn from every single country it's part of the company and also to expand your knowledge about local and global markets. They really value their employee's efforts and stimulate them to keep learning, keep growing and keep reaching their personal and professional goals.
Cons
Sometimes could really be a huge challenge to make yourself clear and step up when you are not agreed with some idea or some project. I think one of the reasons of this being a challenge, it's mainly because of the cultural shock.
