Pros
If you are driven, organized (and attractive), there is upward mobility within this service industry organization. The money could be good, but not always consistent. Coworkers are some of the very best folks I've ever known. Solid health insurance for full time employees (in Chicago at least).
Cons
The owner is a tyrant who overworks his managers, micromanages all aspects of the business, and doesn't trust his employees, or give them real support to be good leaders to the rest of the team. He pays managers a lot but works them to death. There is ZERO work/life balance if you do anything more than serve or bartend within this organization. This could be a great organization as it has some amazing folks both front and back of house, but Craig's strong grip on the company is actually keeping it from growing and leaving employees feeling satisfied and happy.
