Pros

Employers are very nice, as well as working in the co-working. The working hours are usually observed, and you are not required to stay longer.

Cons

They don't pay in time. Management is the biggest issue - very intransperent, authorize, inconsistent. Management decisions can change several times a day. Can raise the voice on the employees.

Pros

A really good point is the easy going team, DoTravel has a team that comes from different places of the world, which makes our daily-work more interesting! It is an open minded company, they are always asking for more ideas, a good way to maintain the motivation. They organize team meetings and outdoor activities very frequently. If you prove that you are on board they will pay courses for you in order to improve your working skills.

Cons

The company has been growing super fast, the processes are on the way to be more clarified, at least the management team is aware and it is working on it. The workload is a bit heavy now, but you can also see as an opportunity to learn more.

Cons

You will also get to be a part of projects you might not get to touch at another company. Sometimes these projects are high risk
