The product solves for a real need now, and it's a problem that will continue to grow, which means there will be longevity for the solution.
Cons
Frenetic pace with business decisions made on emotion rather than numbers. Rapid pivots without understanding processes. Senior leadership without experience. Big promises during the hiring and onboarding processes, but the reality is much different. Very high turnover, both from firing just months into tenure because cofounders don't understand business needs, or quitting when employees realize they cannot be successful in this environment. This turnover is not apparent with Israeli employees, just US. There is a vast difference in job satisfaction for Israeli employees and US-based employees. I do not believe this to be an Israeli vs American issue, however. I think it's that the product and development teams are in Israel, and management understands tech. It's business acumen they are lacking, and therefore difficult for US based employees to move forward when management doesn't understand needs.
