The work environment is quite toxic, with a culture that no longer aligns with what you typically see in product-driven companies today. Work-life balance is poor, and there isn’t much room for recognition. The benefits are not competitive compared to other companies in the industry. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re not used to dealing with constant pressure, often without a clear purpose, and working in an environment where everything is treated as an emergency, regardless of employee well-being.
