Great Firm to work for if have much experience - Undercover Investigator Diversified Risk Management Employee Review

I worked under the Employers Choice Screening arm of this company. During my time I enjoyed a very healthy and busy work environment. Everyday was different when dealing with client or vendors. Management and staff are very open and available for questions or direction. I very much enjoyed my time working for Diversified Risk Management.

During my time I felt I hit a ceiling with compensation. While I did get a raise and review, it was not significant enough for me to stick around for the long haul. Granted I did have minimal experience, but did not see growth opportunities here.
