      No job role is as per the description Dummy HR who is busy pleasing Business Leaders High level of Discrimination if you are a female unfortunately No Business ethics Poor Growth Plan Just bcoz they were leader once, people buy from them.

      - Regional Managers are excellent

      Cons

      -Completely gone to AI techs can no longer take care of the customers properly -horrible merit increases - work load expanded each day with no extra pay -micromanager beyond anything ever seen - no trust in their employees and out numbers reflect that compared to a few years ago - minimal room for advancement even with hard work
