Good Compensation Package/Benefits and Salary

Cons

Execom and Mancom are not open-minded enough to listen, bad politics Negative work towards accepting ideas and cannot challenge status quo, results to slow-paced culture Back-end support not process-oriented, too pampered to do extensive-work-function Workload not realistically covered and no focus towards development Career growth and skill-set attained is very limited, company is suitable for fresh graduates not for experienced professionals with solid background you will just get frustrated Culture is low-key toxic, no delegation from your higher ups, side gossip is a norm, defensive attitude is common especially for those who tenured, no opportunity for growth

- Regional Managers are excellent

Cons

-Completely gone to AI techs can no longer take care of the customers properly -horrible merit increases - work load expanded each day with no extra pay -micromanager beyond anything ever seen - no trust in their employees and out numbers reflect that compared to a few years ago - minimal room for advancement even with hard work
