Pros

Benefits, Hybrid Work Schedule and that's it.

Cons

Toxic culture and poor lack of vision from management, passive aggressive micromanagement, VERY disorganized, multiple unintegrated database systems that do not simplify processes. C-Suite team is arrogant, setting a culture of division. There are a few nice people to work with but most have left the company. The only one's left are the toxic gossiping lifers that are used to working within a broken system. "You don't have to be crazy to work here, we'll train you" is their motto. Company has made significant gains during pandemic but keeps slighting employees on bonuses every year.

30 Days to get paid. You pay for travel and food up front and have to wait30 days to get reimbursed.

Pros

- Regional Managers are excellent

Cons

-Completely gone to AI techs can no longer take care of the customers properly -horrible merit increases - work load expanded each day with no extra pay -micromanager beyond anything ever seen - no trust in their employees and out numbers reflect that compared to a few years ago - minimal room for advancement even with hard work
