Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry that your experience did not measure up to our expectations and what we strive for as a company. I am also sorry that you felt like a number. I take pride in knowing who every single one of our employees is, and your feedback does not measure up to the expectations that I set for myself.
As a small, and rapidly growing company, I know that we aren't always perfect and we work every day to try and be better than we were yesterday. We have implemented KPIs, and OKRs to help track company initiatives and also to help show the company vision and the direction that we are heading.
