Pros
This company started out great. Exciting. Lots of projects and interaction. But, then I started to unravel the layers of the onion. Raises were handed out periodically the first couple of years based on merit and then crickets. Friday lunches were a bonus and great time to converse with your other employees during lunch. Unfortunately, lunch and break room do not compensate for the cost of living.
Cons
No employee reviews to measure your successes. The culture seems to have changed and it's not for the better. Senior managers are not going to fight for your compensation. Accept you will not receive anything more after three years and run.
