      There isn’t any really if I’m honest

      Toxic culture Bad pay (who pays £34k for a GM really!) no wonder you’re recruiting every few months, you get what you pay for Long hours with no breaks Low rota model so shifts are tough Owners swan in and out like gods….you’re not!
