      Pros

      You get paid weekly, and the hourly staff were great. The company's CEO is a very nice guy, but he is more hands-off of the company.

      Cons

      The management team is awful, and they are stuck in the 80s. Also, there are a lot of backstabbers that don't want to see you grow.

      -Unprofessional atmosphere -Obsolete data software -Weak management -Poor equipment maintenance -Talking to fellow employees is considered “private meetings” and is forbidden
