The extensive travel can be challenging in maintaining home responsibilities. However, management has been accommodating when I have needed to be home for some reason.

Hard work is rewarded and advancement is possible if you are motivated, can take initiative and can learn from constructive feedback. The opportunity for overtime is great. Plus, I am offered paid holidays off and PTO time which is something I never thought I would get at a career like this. This company truly cares about the people that work with them.

Travel can be difficult on a work/life balance. The schedule can change with a short amount of notice, but that is the nature of this business and not really a complaint against the company.
