interaction with guests are usually positive, resort go-ers are happy to meet you. Some days were fun but the best part was bonding with fellow cast members. .
Cons
cliques, company expects availability at beck and call, employees generally "brainwashed," no work-life balance, wages not competitive, this job works well for some, typically career disney types but generally it's good to get the experience and go elsewhere if you have your eyes set on career advancement.
