Management was good at first, then after only a month they immediately terminated my employment after a minor mistake that involved me having my back turned for 10 seconds to start my closing cleaning duties / mop the floor while a child was secured in a high chair- my coworker immediately went to management to make me sound like I was not supervising the child and left the child alone for a prolonged period of time which was not the case- this issue could have been quickly resolved by communicating. I went out of my way to ask to communicate with management but they repeatedly ignored me and said they were too busy to talk. I go into work only to find out I have been terminated. The turnover rate was so high that they didnt have any uniforms available for me until weeks later because so many people come and go and leave them with not enough uniforms. Also, I was not paid until a month later because of an error the management made. They claim to communicate well here and appear like your friend but they will replace you in a heartbeat if you make even one mistake. For this reason, I would not recommend this place to work because of their poor communication and inability to resolve issues without jumping to conclusions and immediately terminating you instead. Just the day before, I was complimented on my work then the next day I was fired. The children and some of my coworkers were so wonderful and I will miss them, but that is the only pro I can think of.
