Pros
Best company I have ever worked for. Great medical benefits and optional benefit programs and retirement. ALOT of remote opportunities.
Cons
Loooow pay scale. Kind of difficult to move around because most people are pretty qualified. So it’s competitive in the sense that you have to have a strong resume to apply internally. But not competitive in a negative sense.
