Accounting manager micro manages. She wants things done her way. She is nice to you at first. Beware she also talks down to you, I think she has trust issues and hates her life. Good company, bad accounting manager. Things don't change at some companies because of people like that. So sad to see people in positions that they can't even perform properly.
