      Passionate co-workers that you can connect with and share the same goals, ultimately the co-workers are one of the best parts of working there.

      Cons

      Too much bureaucracy which ultimately led to leaving the team. Ideas took ages to even get to the appropriate person, much less actually be discussed for approval.
