Pros
work independently/ work remotely/ private office/ co workers are helpful
Cons
Disorganized training for a very big job, scarcity of supervisory assistance due to remote work schedules, no assurance that there will be a supervisor available on any given day; unable. to reach supervisors by phone. when. they are supposed to be working. High expectation, production oriented for claims processing without the supervisory support to learn a job that takes. 2-4 years to learn, yet expectation. of production before there is time. to incorporate what you learn. high level of staff frustration, high turn over.....very low pay or appreciation for work produced. Lack of consistency in what direction each supervisor will point you.
