Strong supportive team. I loved my time working at Dirtea. I had the opportunity to move between teams and expand my skills which I'm really grateful for. Really friendly team and nice office.

During my experience, some of the management team only had personal interest and was not there to support & grow direct team, and also created issues within the wider team culture. Senior management took too long to realise the impact although it was raised multiple times.
