      Networking, Brand awareness, Women dominated team, Friendly

      Cons

      No work life balance, beware you'd get contacted after work hours and even during lunch time (no proper lunch time). Some OTs, after work events, Physical Labour, Don't even think about it if you cant adapt to a super fast paced environment.
