Pros
D2MS was my first proper sales role and the first couple of weeks were pretty challenging to be honest. However, something that made a massive difference was the support from my team leader Carl, who was genuinely invested in my development. He listened to my calls each day and gave me specific feedback that I could action immediately. Within a couple of weeks I was consistently hitting KPIs and regularly exceeding them. Furthermore, the general team spirit was very positive!
Cons
Although the leads had opted in vai a Facebook ad, from my experience it was relatively common that some of them couldn't remember doing so. Because of this some of the calls felt somewhat like cold calling rather than calling warm leads. However, this was only the case sometimes as plenty of the leads could remember opting in.
