Pros
The coworkers and providers were great. Most of the time. Even some of the office managers were kind and attentive to employees needs. Benefits are OK
Cons
Firstly, it is worth noting most the recent positive glass door reviews were done by leadership and/or staff at the corporate level. The biggest con that summarizes everything is communication. Leadership above the office manager did not listen to any complaint or comment or concern brought forward by ground level staff. The corporate office worked off numbers and spreadsheets and it felt like they never tried to feel the air or atmosphere in the clinics itself. They would ask for feedback and then shoot down the feedback or paint a target on the back of the person that provided the feedback and THEN ask why no one gives feedback. They also loved to place blame of poor clinic performance on the staff when there are numerous factors that go into place such as insurance coverage, the amount of people walking in at once, state of the economy etc. They also abruptly laid off a bunch of staff with little to no warning recently. No major opportunity for advancement. Other things to note: you work lots of weekends, there's no true block to walk ins so patients are allowed to walk in during lunch break or right before clinic closing, they took away 401k matching recently, PTO is harder to use due to limited staffing, turnover amongst remaining staff is going up, they don't follow their own values (example they say rage against the machine... but they are starting to become the machine)
