      Pros

      I enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere here. Bill and Beverly, the co-owners were a pleasure to work for, like family - really. They were flexible in regards to some of my personal needs (having a child, enduring a shoulder injury). The work itself was mostly bookkeeping, HR related activity along with some office management and events coordination. I loved wearing many hats for DII.

      Cons

      The only negative I can think of is since they are a smaller agency and at the time they were starting to on board more personnel - I wish the benefits had been better but this is 2 years later - maybe their benefits are better now.

      Co-owners Bill and Bev, and the entire Direct Images Interactive team, are among the most dedicated people I have worked with. They are committed to delivering the best experience for their clients. Highly collaborative, they partner with their clients in every sense of the word. They set the bar high for production quality. You get to wear many hats when working for a smaller agency, which lets you broaden your skill set. It’s also beneficial to clients who receive highly personalized attention from the DII team. Creative. Very supportive of employees and contractors on both a personal and professional level. Fun socializing outside of the office at company-sponsored events.

      Cons

      Sometimes demand can exceed available hours for a smaller team.
