Pros

Plenty of prizes, free food, and activities. Flexible scheduling. You are never liable for broken equipment You can finish early everyday, but still get paid full 10 hours.

Cons

The pace is pretty relentless. Definitely a young person's job.

Pros

- Pay with OT was decent

Cons

- Very physical, it comes with the territory, but the 50lbs weight limit they advertise is nonsense since you'll often have several 50lbs orders per stop and you won't have time to deliver one by one. - Vans are usually broken or have issues (handbrakes, lights, A/C & heater). - Speed, rather than safety, was encouraged through various implications. No one would explicitly tell you not to be safe, but in order to be allocated more hours, you have to be faster. This leads to reduce standards and work-arounds for safety measures.
