Pros
Finish at 4pm on a Friday meaning you have one less hour than usual in that hell hole
Cons
Where do I start - So from the non-existent training that they promise you when you first join, to zero career progression (unless your personal friends with boss or if your face fits) to the office gossipers. Useless HR who you can’t approach as you have to ‘log a ticket’ with them 🤣 . Disgusting, filthy toilets which the cleaners do not actually clean. There’s zero perks - holidays are the absolute minimum an employer is legally able to give (20 days plus bank holidays) zero sick pay, 30 min lunch, Managers will get a car parking space on the premises over you, so if you’re not applying for a manager position then you will have to park away from the premises in an unsecured car park (the barrier is always broken and no one ever bothers to fix it so they have left the barrier permanently open instead). Then there’s the CEO who’s constantly angry at something or someone but takes it out on everyone in the office which is embarrassing and will shout at employees in front of everyone and slam on tables/whiteboards. Managers are also very snakey and will not keep confidential information to themselves. Your conversations will be leaked to their friends within the business. You will only receive feedback if you have done something wrong - if you thrive off a positive workplace and positive feedback then this place is not for you. Company is hugely antiquated. Would have given it zero stars if I could but it wouldn’t let me. This place ruined my mental health.
