Pros
Staff in the stores are great, job was really enjoyable in the beginning. You meet some really wonderful people {co-workers in the stores and clients}. Nice discount.
Cons
Management at corporate office is not great these days. Loyalty, hard work and dedication are not rewarded or valued by upper management and area managers. No room to grow, pitiful raises, hourly pay is subpar in comparison to other luxury brands. Sales staff are expected to do managerial work without the title or the pay {{{{on top of the endless product knowledge and SELLING……..what we are actually hired to do!}}}}. Store managers are in the office doing monotonous paperwork and sitting on constant pointless conference calls and not spending time with their team or out on the sales floor. Focus is not on the client experience or enriching their team. Feels like the charm is being sucked out of the stores. They want robotic money makers for the lowest possible price. No wonder turnover is escalating. Low morale amongst co-workers. Lots of chatter in the stores about law suits, wrongful firings - seems like most people are ready to leave or looking for a way out.
