      * Very exciting and promising business model * Colleagues very friendly and willing to help * Modern tech stack * CEO very purposeful * A lot of creativity and flexibility

      * CEO can take critics and disagreements on very personal level * CEO very pushy asking you about results like you betray him * CEO cannot forgive your mistakes, can deduct your salary or even instantly can fire you just because you refuse to accept salary deduction
