Pros
Remote work: fully remote, none of this hybrid stuff
Social impact: medicine and social work aren't my strengths, so it was really nice to be able to help people doing the work I excel at
Work-life balance: without going into details, they're pretty great at this
Career growth: career paths are very clearly mapped out, annual reviews are comprehensive, and I've seen people create their own new positions when they found a gap.
Cons
It is a tech company so there's a bit of..how to say it...the developers are revered. It's like thinking that the only thing important about a football team is the quarterback.
Salaries are lower than industry standard because there's no money in helping people.
