      Pros

      Exposure to live projects within the first week of joining. Great co-workers. Internships get converted to full time jobs. Friendly environment. Awesome learning opportunity for those who want to learn. Senior management vested in the best interest of the employees. At least for those who are serious in their work and career goals. Challenging projects. 5 days a week :D

      Cons

      Required to accommodate global time zones from time to time. 2 months notice period. The internet is slow from time to time.

      Pros

      Exciting project, lots of work (may turn some people off), friendly co-workers, opportunity to grow and helping superiors who want you to learn and excel. Awesome learning experience if you want to grow in your forte. The team that works there is one of the best I have worked with. Everybody is extremely talented, friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Prioritizing tasks can be an issue some times when seniors are busy with their own tasks.
