I worked at Digiterre as a Principal Consultant for just over a year, and overall, it was a positive experience. Challenging and enjoyable greenfield project Excellent delivery process that was key to project success Strong support from various teams (CTO, delivery manager, account manager) Highly skilled colleagues who offered great support Good balance of professional and personal care The project I was assigned to was a greenfield initiative, which provided an exciting and challenging environment. Digiterre's approach to the delivery process was instrumental in ensuring the project's success. One of the standout aspects of working at Digiterre was the level of support I received. The CTO, delivery manager, and account manager were all actively involved in making sure I had everything I needed, both professionally and personally. This comprehensive support system really helped me perform at my best. The team I worked with was composed of highly skilled professionals who were always ready to offer support and collaborate. This created a positive and productive work environment.

None that significantly stand out based on my experience

After working nearly 5 years as a Contract Test consultant at Digiterre, I can say that it is one of the best companies to work for in the UK. With wide range of clients in Energy, Investment Banking, Hedge fund industries , Retail Banking, you will have the opportunity to work for varied domains ,technologies and clients. Considering the lower amount of candidates clearing the technical round, I say that candidates of high technical caliber are employed there across the technology roles. In addition to the technical skills that are evaluated at different stages of interview , attitude of the candidate, ability to work in a team with shared values and intention to add value to the client as a consultant is given more importance. Whether you are a permanent employee or a Contract Consultant , whether you are a developer, tester or a UX designer, you will be treated equal and respected. With Monthly meetings and frequent brownbag sessions, you will learn about other domains, technologies and projects.

May be more marketing is needed on how good the team and the Company are!
