Pros
Pretty laid back. You can be on your phone or tablet all day. Most people just played games or watched videos but I used the time to study and take care of other business.
Cons
Minimum wage. They hold your commission for 6 weeks, at which time you'll receive only half. They have a multitude of reasons (chargebacks, uncollected fees, fraud, disconnects, etc) to not pay you commission. I questioned over 20 employees and not ONCE on ANY paycheck was the commission ever as much as was expected. Also, you have to clock out 30 minutes per day for lunch. 30 minutes isn't time to take care of anything so you basically stay there and don't get paid. That's almost 3 hours a week of unpaid work. 90% of the job is customer service, i.e. helping old ladies figure out their Facebook. All at a minimum wage.
