The Work environment at Digitek is good, Senior people out here are very friendly and helpful . Supportive JMI Team Manager & Team Members. HR Work is Excellent involved in all activities. Property insurance verification based,Product based application.
Cons
Late sitting. Team size is medium. No process for any development/testing work. No proper estimations. Appraisal evaluation is not good.
