      Kollegen, Atmosphäre, Standorte/Büros sind gut ausgestattet, Teamarbeit finde ich super (gehört aber mehr zu Kategorie Kollegen), 1st-level Vorgesetzte

      Management, Top-down Hierarchie, sehr niedrige Gehälter, Meinungen kann man äußern, leider ohne dass sich konkret was ändert

      Pros

      Digitas is an incredible organization comprised of some of the smartest and most talented people in the industry. The clients, the people, the work... all incredible and I'm grateful for my time there.

      Cons

      Politics can sometimes get in the way of growth, but that is pretty common in the industry. The only other watch out is for folks that are considering exploring other capabilities/crafts, they may not be as receptive to that as they lead on.
