Pros

- Keep employees as best they can regardless of what's going on - Great culture - Great people to work with - Awesome things to do outside of work if you have the time - Accommodate to real life situations (new pet, apartment situations, working from home)

Cons

- Political (but what isn't in life? Learn to play the game or move aside for those of us that will) - Promotions take long - No clear path for one to follow in certain disciplines so they know what's next - Bouncing around on accounts/teams (but at least they keep you busy as best they can) - Had one manager who was/is not transparent which doesn't help me grow

Pros

Digitas is an incredible organization comprised of some of the smartest and most talented people in the industry. The clients, the people, the work... all incredible and I'm grateful for my time there.

Cons

Politics can sometimes get in the way of growth, but that is pretty common in the industry. The only other watch out is for folks that are considering exploring other capabilities/crafts, they may not be as receptive to that as they lead on.
